Just a reminder that with the 2012/13 Season only a few weeks away from starting, that ORC needs to finalise playing numbers now.

While we have had a very good turnout at training, there are still a number of players who are yet to confirm if they are playing this season or not.

If you are playing this season, please fill out a registration form, which can be found HERE, and return it to either Dave Judge or Nick Gorrell at training, or email it through to Dave.

If you haven’t been getting text messages from Judgey, we may have an old phone number for you, so make sure you get your rego form through to Dave so we can update our info.

If you’re unable to fill out a registration form, please send a text message to Dave indicating your playing status and shirt size A.S.A.P.

We need this form to a) confirm who is and isn’t playing this season and how many sides we need to enter and b) to ensure that players get the correct size playing shirt. Playing shirts are compulsory, so it’s vital you get one that fits you comfortably.

Also, a reminder re: playing fees. The club is enforcing a strict policy this season regarding playing fees. While we’ve given players the option to pay either upfront or over three monthly instalments, the first instalment of $100 is due by Thursday the 27th of September.

If you haven’t paid this initial registration fee, you won’t be able to play until it is paid.

At the moment, we’ve had less than 10 lots of fees paid, which essentially means we will only field one side on the opening day of the season.

For players who play regularly each week, no fees are to be paid to team captains. Only fill in players are to pay any match fees to team captains where applicable.
