Junior and Senior Playing Fees

JUNIOR FEES

$50 for complete season including shirt for new players.

SENIOR FEES

SAVE, SAVE, SAVE, Hugh Discounts will apply for fee’s payed in full by 10th October. no exceptions.

IF PAID BY 10th October online 1st/2nd grade is $195.00 normally $280.00, 3rd/Presidents cup $165.00 normally $250.00  includes a new playing shirt, and a dress polo shirt (every 3 years)

Training shirts-20/20 shirts will be available for separate purchase, cost TBA (approx $40)

For those opting to pay in installments, the three dates which payment is due by are:

• First Installment – Date:  October 10th $100 – Registration Fee
• Second Installment – Date:  November 7th $100 – Playing Fees
• Final Installment – Date:  December 5th $80/$50 – Playing Fees

Please note: Regardless of paying in one amount or over installments, the registration fee of $100 MUST be paid by the 10th of October in order for players to be registered and eligible to play for the club. It is club policy that players will NOT be permitted to take the field until this initial registration fee has been paid. If you have any issues in making this date, please speak to Trent Fitzpatrick or Scott Inwood.

Any players who are unfinancial from previous seasons will be required to be financial for the outstanding season(s) as well as the current season prior to being cleared to play.

As per last season, we are also providing the option for players to pay the fees via internet banking. When using internet banking, please make sure you include your name in the message field when making payment so we know who the payment was from. Our banking details are:

If you would like to pay by cash or cheque, you are still able to do so. Please see Trent Fitzpatrick at training, as all normal registration and playing fee payments are to go through Trent with no exceptions. No registration fees should be paid to team captains or any other club member. Junior Fee’s can be paid to Rod Masman.

If you are unsure of your grade, please select the higher of the two, we will provide a rebate if you end up playing most of season in a lower grade.
Full payment includes FREE two shirts, playing and a Polo (Shirts provided once each 3 years) Replacement cost is $42 for playing shirt.
As part of our low fee policy, all players are expected to attend club functions and support our sponsors where possible.

Training

Pre-season training will commence in 11/09/2014 September, from 4:30pm onwards at the Bathurst Sportsground nets.

Season Start

The 2014/15 BDCA competition has (at this stage) been scheduled to start on the 11th of October (Race weekend). More details will be available once the BDCA has received team nominations for each grade and draws have been created.
